Use the Timeline
The timeline allows you to track the history of an online drawing. Use the
timeline to view previous versions of the drawing, including versions resulting
from real-time collaborations. All comments made over the progress of a
drawing are displayed.
While viewing a past version of the drawing, you cannot make changes. Save
a copy of the drawing to continue working on the selected version.

To auto-upload drawings and files
■ Click Online tab ➤ Upload panel ➤ Upload.
The current drawing and any related external references (xrefs, images, or
underlays), fonts, and stylesheet files are uploaded to your AutoCAD WS
web storage.
By default, these files are automatically uploaded every time the drawing
is saved.
To upload selected files
1 Click Online tab ➤ Upload panel ➤ Upload Multiple Files.
2 In the Choose Files to Upload dialog box, select the files to upload.
You can upload files of any type, such as AutoCAD drawings (DWG OR
DXF), PDFs, or Microsoft Office files.
3 Click Open.
To manage uploads
1 Click Online tab ➤ Upload panel ➤ Manage Uploads.
2 In the Manage Uploads dialog box, do the following.
■ Select a drawing’s check box to upload the latest version of the drawing
and enable automatic uploads. The drawing is uploaded each time it
is saved.
■ Clear a drawing’s check box to cancel an upload if it is in progress,
and disable automatic uploads.
