Restores the display of hidden palettes.

Summary
Restores the state of the display and position of palettes hidden by
HIDE-
PALETTES
(page 508).
Press Tab to switch between HIDEPALETTES and SHOWPALETTES.
NOTE
If a palette was manually turned back on, it is not affected by SHOWPALETTES
(even if it was manually closed again)
