3 From the AutoCAD 2011 for Mac menu bar, click AutoCAD 2011 for Mac
➤ Preferences.
NOTE A drawing must be open to see the Preferences menu item.
4 In the Application Preferences dialog box, Application tab, click the arrow
to the left of Help and Miscellaneous File Names.
5 Click the arrow to the left of the file you want to locate, and then click
the path name to view the location of the files.
To find the default location of the font mapping file
1 From the Finder menu bar, click Go ➤ Applications.
2 In the Applications window, double-click Autodesk ➤ AutoCAD 2011
for Mac ➤ AutoCAD for Mac.
3 From the AutoCAD 2011 for Mac menu bar, click AutoCAD 2011 for Mac
➤ Preferences.
NOTE A drawing must be open to see the Preferences menu item.
4 In the Application Preferences dialog box, Application tab, click the arrow
to the left of Text Editor, Dictionary, and Font File Names.
5 Click the arrow to the left of Font Mapping File.
6 Under Font Mapping File, click the path name to view the location of
your font mapping file.
To find the default location of the alternate font file
1 From the Finder menu bar, click Go ➤ Applications.
2 In the Applications window, double-click Autodesk ➤ AutoCAD 2011
for Mac ➤ AutoCAD for Mac.
