Controls the display of marker blips.

Summary
When Blip mode is on, a temporary mark in the shape of a plus sign (+) appears
where you specify a point. BLIPMODE is off by default.
To remove marker blips, use REDRAW, REGEN, ZOOM, PAN, or other
commands that redraw or regenerate the drawing.
