Specifies how long (in milliseconds) the right button on a pointing device
needs to be held down before a shortcutmenu is displayed in the drawing
area.
Valid range is 100 to 10,000. The greater the value, the longer the right button
on the pointing device must be held to display a shortcutmenu.
