a “_FOOTPRINT_LOOKUP.MDB” suffix and extension is
searched for first. If the file is not found, then the default
FOOTPRINT_LOOKUP.MDB file is searched for in the same
directory as the project file and then in the subdirectory
search sequence "B" below.
