Global Settings group
Use L imits—U se the minimum and maximum
limits for all channels.
You can turn off limits to double purpose a target.
Thetargetforasmilecanbeusedtoturnthe
corners of the mouth down using negative values
for example.
Mi nimum—Sets the m inimum limit.
MaximumSets t he maximum limit.
Use V er tex S election—Turn on to limit morphing to
ver tices selected in a modifier below the Morpher
modifier in the modifier stack.
If your are using Character Studio Physique, limit
morph animation on the base object to just the
head and exclude the neck, for example. Place the
Physique modifier above the Morpher modifier
and assign the head vert ices as rigid (green) in the
Physique modifier.
Channel Activation group
Set A ll—Click to activate all channels.
Set None—Click to deactivate a ll channels.
Morph Material group
Assign New M aterial—Click to assig n t he Morpher
materialtothebaseobject(theobjecttowhichthe
Morpher modifier is applied).
Open the Material Editor to view and edit the
Morpher material. There is a direct correlation
between the Channel Material Maps and the
Channel list in the Morpher modifier (100
channels and 100 m aps). For example, if channel
1containsabrowsuptargetandtheMorpher
material has a material assigned to map 1, then, as
thebrowsaremorphedsoisthematerial.
In the Morpher m aterial, if a material is assigned
to a map or channel that has no morph target in
the Morpher modifier, then the channel spinner
in the Morpher modifier can be used to simply
morphthematerialonastaticobject.See
