Hide/S how—
Clickthistoggletohidethe
Navigation pane when it is displaying, or show it
when it’s hidden.
Back/Forward—Clicktomovetothepreviously
viewed topic, or forward to the following
previously viewed topic.
Pri nt—Pr ints the cu rrent topic (if the Topic p ane
is active). If the table of contents is active on the
Navigation pane, you can choose to print the
current topic, or the topic and its subtopics. This is
awayofprintingacollectionoftopics.
Opti ons —Displays the options menu:
Hide/S how Tabs—Same as Hide/Show buttons,
described above.
Back/Forward—Same as Back/Forward buttons,
described above.
Home—Displays the main topic of this online
system.
Stop—Halts display of a topic.
Refresh—Redraws the Help Viewer display.
Internet Options—Displays a dialog to change
Internet Explorer (IE) settings. Changes you make
here
do not affect
the online reference or tutorials,
but
do affect
your IE browser settings. We do not
recommend you use this option.
Print—Same as the Print button, descr ibed above.
Search Highlight On/Of f—Toggles highlighting on
and off for each occurance of a word or phrase
found with a search.

Menus
There are several commands on the shortcut menu
that you can use to display information.
Command Des cription
Right-click in the table of
contents, and then click
Open All.
Opens all books or folders in
the table of contents. This
command only works if the
Contents tab is displayed.
Right-click in the table of
contents, and then click
Close All.
Closes all books or folders.
This comm a nd only wo rks
if the Contents tab is
displayed.
Right-click in the Topic pane,
or an entry in the table of
contents, and then click
Print.
Prints the topic.
Right-click an entry in the
Favorites tab.
Choose to display, a dd,
remove, or rename a topic.
