Inter face
Elements —Displays a drop-down list that lets you
select from the following hig h -level groupings:
Track bar, Geomet ry, Viewports, Gizmos,
Objects, Schematic View, Rollouts, Track View,
Manipulators, and Grids.
UI Elements Lis t—Displays a list of the available
elements for the selected user interface categor y.
Co lor—Displays the color for the selected category
and element. Click to display the Color Selector
where you can change the color. After selecting
a new color, click Apply Colors Now to make the
change in the interface.
Reset—Resets the color to the default value.
Intensity—Sets a g rayscale value for the display of
the grid lines. 0 is black and 255 is white.
This co ntrol is available only when you select the
Set By Intensity element from the Grids element.
This affects the intensity of the grid lines in the
viewports.
Inver t—Inver ts the g rayscale value for the display
of grid lines. Dark gray becomes light gray and
vice versa.
This co ntrol is available only when you select the
Set By Intensity element from the Grids element.
Scheme—Allows you to select whether the main
UI colors are set to the default Windows colors or
whether they can be customized. If Use Standard
Windows Colors is selected, all of the elements in
theUIAppearancelistaredisabled,andyouare
unable to customize the UI colors.
UI Appearance List—Displays all the elements in
the user interface that can be changed.
Co lor—Displays the color for the selected UI
appearance item. Click to display the Color
Selector where you can change the color. After
selecting a new color, click Apply to make t he
change in the interface.
Reset—Resets the selected UI appearance item.
Saturation—Sets a saturation scale of enabled or
disabled icons in the UI. The higher the saturation,
the less g ray the color. See

Value—Se ts the v alue scale of enabled or disabled

enabled or disabled icons in the UI.

entered using this dialog active in the user
interface.
Loa d—Displays the Load Color File dialog. Allows
youtoloadcustomcolorfilesintoyourscene.
Save—Displays the Save Color File As dialog.
Allowsyoutosaveanychangesyou’vemadetothe
user interface colors to a CLR file.
