FLC Files
The FLC (flic) file format is an Autodesk format
for digital animations.
There are two slight variations of this format.
Animations created by the earlier Autodesk
Animator® program have the
.fli
file name
extension; the l ater Animator Pro® and 3D Studio®
R4 products create animation files with a
.flc
file-name extension. Flic files can also have a
.cel
file name extension.
Flic files are restricted to a maximum of 256 colors
(8-bit).
