Objects within the bounding boxes, including
objects in front of or behind the selection, are
rendered.
When no objects are selected, Crop Selected
renders the entire frame.

Scene, and then click Render. > Render Bounding
Box/Selected dialog.
This dialog appears when you render a scene while
the Box Selected render type is active. Box Selected
renders an area that corresponds to the bounding
box of the currently active selection.

Co nstrain Aspect RatioWhen on, constrains the
original aspec t ratio of the selection’s bounding
box. Changing the Width value also changes
Height, and vice versa. Default=on.

aspect ratio of the selection’s bounding box.

The Quick Render flyout lets you choose among
these buttons:
Quick Render (Production).
Quick Render (ActiveShade)
The Quick Render buttons let you render the scene
using the settings without displaying the
Render
Scene dialog (page 3–2)
.Choosingoneofthese
buttons also changes which rendering settings are
active in the Render Scene dialog.
By default, all the rendering options use the
default
scanline renderer (page 3–37)
. You can change the
renderer assigned to Production or ActiveShade
by using the
Assign Renderer rollout (page 3–34)
on the R ender Scene dialog > Common panel.

The Quick Render (Production) button, available
