You can also right-click the Filters button for quick

Tip: You can set up a default filter configuration.
Open a sing le Track View, set the filters the way
you want them to come up, and close the Track
View . Save the (empty) scene as maxstart.max.
This scene file is automatically loaded when you
star t the program.

To position a selected object at the top of t he Track
View Hier ar chy:

In a viewport, right-click a selected object.
2. Fromtheright-clickmenu,chooseCurve
Editor or Dope Sheet.
Track View opens with the selected object at the
top of the Track View Hierarchy.
To display the animated tr ansform tracks for an
obj ect i n Tra ck View:
1.
Select an object, then open a Track View
window.
2. Right-click Filters.
3. Fromtheright-clickmenu,chooseAnimated
Tracks Only.
4. Right-click Filters again.
5. From the right-click menu, choose Selected
Objects Only.

You use the Filters dialog to choose what to
display in Track View. For example, you c an limit
the view to a nimated tracks only, or t racks for
selected objects. This dia log also controls func tion
curve display and transform display for P osition,
Rotation,Scale,andX,Y,andZaxesindividually.

To choose filter options:
On the Track View toolbar, click Filters.
