Ease In—
Ease in value for the source clip.
Ease Out—Ease out value for the destination clip.
Tra nsition FocusLets you specif y a focus point on
the biped where the tr ansition ta kes place. Default
= C enter of Mass.
Center Of MassThe transition focus is based
on the center of mass position of the biped as it
transitions from one clip to the next.
Lef t Foot Thetransitionfocusisbasedonthe
left foot position of the biped as it transitions
from one clip to the next.
Right Foot—The transition focus is based on the
right foot position of the biped as it transitions
from one clip to the next.
B oth Feet—The transition focus is based on an
averaged foot position of both of the biped’s
feet as it transitions from one clip to the next.
Note: The best w ay to see the differences b etween
thetransitionfociisbywatchingtheyellowand
red ghosts.
Angle—Sets the direction of the destination clip.
The angle of the destination clip is automatically
set for best body fit between the two clips when the
Start Frame va lues change. Use Angle to change
the direction of the destination clip .
Previ ous Tra nsition—Go to the previous transition
in the script.
DisplaystheprevioustransitionintheTransition
Editor, moves the time slider to the start frame
of the previous transition, and highlights the
previous clip in the Scripts list.
Next Trans ition—Gotothenexttransitioninthe
script.
DisplaysthenexttransitionintheTransition
Editor,movesthetimeslidertothestartframeof
the next transition, and highlights the next clip in
the Scripts list.
Optimize Transition—Displays the Transition
Optimization (page 2–1058) dialog.
Options in the Transition Optimization dialog
allow you to search for a loc ation for the transition.
Go To Star t Frame—Moves the time slider to the
first frame of the transition.
The number field shows the st art frame number.
Start Frame—Set the transition start frame for the
source and destination clips in their respective
fields. Duration for the source and destination
clips display above the Start Frame fields.
Rolling—Keeptheclipinmotionduringthe
transition.
Fixed FreezethebipedattheStartFrameposition
during the transition.
