Copy Animation Into:—
The selected clips only Only the selected clip in

Method to Fit Anima tion to Clip:
Scale a nimation to fit clip—Scales the length of
the loaded clip to match the length of the clip it
replaces in the track.
Trim animation to fit clip—Tr ims the leng t h of
the loaded clip to match the length of the clip it
replaces in the track.
Set clip l ength to anima tion length, s hif ting
remaining clips in time—
For selected clips,
changes the animation leng th to the loaded clip
length. All clips on the track after the selected
clip are shif ted depending on the length of the
newly loaded clip.
Remove Weights—Removes any existing weight
cur ves from clips selected to be replaced.
Remove Warps—Removes any existing time warps
from clips selected to be replaced.

When it is ac tive, you view transitionary stick
figures to aid in placing your transitions. You can
use this dialog to change the start and end times
of transitions, change the transition focus, and
perform other functions.
This dialog is very similar to the
Motion Flow
Transition Editor (page 2–902)
.
Interfa ce
Lengt h—Sets the number of frames for the
duration of the transition.
Transitions are calculated by matching velocities
inbothclips.Smoothoutabruptvelocitychanges
using longer transitions.
Ease In—Ease-in value for the source clip.
