4 Disassembly and Assembly
Caution :
· Before installation, be sure to turn off the power switch.
· Use gloves to protect your hand from being cut by the angle and the chassis.
· Connect all the cables correctly. When connecting or disconnecting the cables, be careful not to apply
stress to the cables. (It may cause disconnection)
· Be careful not to bind interface cables and AC power cord together.
4-1 Disassembling the Case Upper Block
4-1-1 Ass’y Case Upper
1. Open the ASS'Y COVER PRINTER(A) lift it off. (Page7-1)
2. Remove the five screws(C6:4pcs, C9:1pcs) from the ASS'Y CASE LOWER(F).(Page7-6)
3. Separate the four harnesses(e or f,d) and two FPCs(h,i) from the Main BOARD(F6).(Page7-22)
4. Lift off the ASS'Y CASE UPPER(C) from the ASS'Y CASE LOWER(F). (Page7-1)
4-1-2 Ass’y 192ｘ64 GRAPHIC LCD Display
1. Remove the two CAP RUBBERs(B8) on the ASS’Y LCD DISPLAY(B). (Page7-4)
2. Remove the two screws(B9) on the ASS’Y CASE UPPER(C). (Page7-4)
3. Separate a harness(a) and ASS'Y LCD DISPLAY(B) from the ASS'Y CASE UPPER(C). (Page7-4)
4. Remove the two screws(B2) on the hinge(B3) and separate the PMO-LCD HOLDER(B10)
from PMO-REAR LCD(B1). (Page7-4)
5. Remove the four screws(B4) and separate the LCD ASS’Y(B5) from PMO-FRONT LCD(B6).(Page7-4)
6. Detach the PMO-WINDOW LCD(B7) from PMO-FRONT LCD_L(B6). (Page7-4)
4-1-3 Ass’y 2LINE LCD Display
1. Remove the two CAP RUBBERs(B8) on the ASS’Y LCD DISPLAY(B). (Page7-5)
2. Remove the two screws(B9) on the ASS’Y CASE UPPER(C). (Page7-5)
3. Separate a harness(b) and ASS'Y LCD DISPLAY(B) from the ASS'Y CASE UPPER(C). (Page7-5)
4. Remove the two screws(B2) on the hinge(B3) and separate the PMO-LCD HOLDER(B10)
from PMO-REAR LCD(B1). (Page7-5)
5. Remove the two screws(B4) and separate the LCD ASS’Y(B5) from PMO-FRONT LCD(B6). (Page7-5)
6. Detach the PMO-WINDOW LCD(B7) from PMO-FRONT LCD_S(B6). (Page7-5)
4-1-4 Ass’y Rear (Turret) Display
1. Separate the ASS'Y CASE UPPER(C) from the ASS'Y CASE LOWER(F). (Page7-1)
2. Take off the Turret’s FPC(c) in the LCD BOARD(C12).(Page7-6)
3. Separate the ASS'Y TURRET(C1~4) from the ASS'Y CASE UPPER(C). (Page7-6)
4. Separate the WINDOW-TURRET(C1), REAR-DISPLAY BOARD(C2), FPC(C3)from the
PMO-TURRET-BODY(C4). (Page7-6)
4-1-5 Ass’y Cover Mode Switch
1. Separate the ASS'Y CASE UPPER(C) from the ASS'Y CASE LOWER(F). (Page7-1)
2. Separate the FPC(g) from the ASS’Y KBD(D). (Page 7-6)
3. Remove the four screws(C13,C15) on the IPR-BRKT MODE S/W(C14) and separate the ASS'Y SWITCH
ROTARY(C16) from the PMO-CASE UPPER(C8). (Page7-6)
