allowing users to choose between 4 Wheels test and 5 Wheels test
mode before accessing the activation screen.

All Wheels Mode
1) In this mode, use the UP/DOWN scroll button and
LEFT/RIGHT scroll button to select MX-Sensor icon on the
lower right corner.
