•
Do
not expose the battery
to
fire,
explosions, or other hazards.
• If the aircraft becomes submerged, remove the battery immediate-
ly after you retrieve it. Leave the battery
in
an
open area, away from
flammable objects, and maintain a safe distance until it is
completely dry. Don't use the battery again. Contact our customer
support team for a replacement.
Battery Charging
It
should take a maximum
of
90
minutes
to
fully charge the aircraft
battery, though charging times will vary according to the remaining
power level.
Additional information:
•
Do
not use a damaged battery charger.
• When the charger is not
in
use, disconnect it from the aircraft
battery and the power source.
• Wait until the battery has cooled down
to
room temperature before
charging it. If you connect the battery
to
the charger immediately
after flight, overheat protection will prevent charging.
Battery Storage
In
storage
as
in
flight, it's important not
to
allow the battery to come
in
close contact with moisture or heat sources. Store the battery
in
a dry
and well ventilated area at room temperature - ideally
22°c
to 28°C
(72°F
to
82°F).
Additional information:
• Keep the battery out
of
reach
of
children and pets.
• Do not store the battery
in
direct sunlight or near sharp items,
moisture, metal,
or
reactive chemicals.
• Storing the battery at extreme temperatures will reduce its lifespan.
If the battery is left unused for over 6 days, store it at a tempera-
ture below 30°C (86°F). Otherwise, battery damage or failure may
result.
• Over time, some reduction
in
battery life is expected.
Battery Disposal
• Completely discharge the battery before disposal.
• Dispose
of
the battery properly at
an
approved battery recycling location.
