5 Radio Remote Control 󰄋orage before in󰄋allation or after removal
Radio Remote Controls mu󰘵 always be transported and 󰘵ored inside their packing until they
are in󰘵alled on the Machine.
The Radio Remote Control sy󰘵em and all components are to be shipped and maintained
according to the following environmental parameters and conditions:
Temperature Relative Humidity Air pressure
Transportation
from -40 to +70°C
(from -40 to +158°F)
95% from 70 to 106kPa
Storage
from -40 to +85°C
(from -40 to +185°F)
from 5 to 95% from 70 to 106kPa
In the previous table:
- Temperature, relative humidity and air pressure during transportation refer to Class 2K4 of
󰘵andard EN 50178.
- Temperature and air pressure during 󰘵orage refer to Class 1K5 of 󰘵andard EN 50178.
- Relative humidity during 󰘵orage refers to Class 1K3 of 󰘵andard EN 50178.
6 In󰄋allation
The chapter "Installing the Receiving Unit" in "Part D" of the Instruction Manual contains the
warnings for the installation that add to those provided in this chapter. Therefore, please
refer to that part of the Manual.
6.1 Applications
An Autec Dynamic+P series Radio Remote Control can be used for several applications: the
Manufacturer mu󰘵 e󰘵ablish if the Radio Remote Control is suitable for each different application,
especially with regards to safety. The Dynamic+P series is used mo󰘵 frequently for the following
types of Machines:
- Machines for lifting and moving materials, objects, general loads (by way of example: hydraulic
cranes, concrete pumps)
- Machines for raising and moving people (by way of example: elevated work platforms,
telehandlers)
- Drilling Machines.
Make sure that the application's requirements are compatible with the value "(Typical)
Working range" (see paragraph 4.5).
Be aware that such value may vary (see paragraph 4.1).
