4.3.1 General Safe Stop function (GSS)
The User activates the GSS function by using the pushbutton identified with GSS or General
Safe Stop in the Transmitting Unit.
This manual 󰘵op fir󰘵 generates an active 󰘵op and then it switches off the Transmitting Unit.
This working logic implicates that the Receiving Unit brings the Machine to a safe 󰘵ate when
it receives the command generated by the active 󰘵op. If this does not happen due to interference
causing incorrect or broken radio link, the passive 󰘵op will activate the automatic 󰘵op function
in the Receiving Unit.

The GSS function is available if and only if the Radio Remote Control is 󰘵arted (see
paragraph "Radio Remote Control 󰘵art up" in "Part C" of the Manual).
In "Take & Release" Radio Remote Controls, the GSS function is available only on
the Transmitting Unit that controls the machine when the Radio Remote Control is
󰘵arted (see "Radio Remote Control 󰘵art up" in "Part C" of the Manual).
