AND IS INTENDED ONLY AS A COMPONENT ON A MACHINE:
- ON WHICH AND WHERE THE USE OF A RADIO REMOTE CONTROL IS
APPROPRIATE
- THAT CAN BE OPERATED SAFELY AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL
APPLICABLE LAWS, REGULATIONS AND STANDARDS BY SUCH REMOTE
CONTROL.
AUTEC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR
THE COMPATIBILITY OF THE RADIO REMOTE CONTROL WITH THE MACHINE
OR DESIRED APPLICATION, EVEN IF IT IS AMONG THE PERMITTED
APPLICATIONS, OR FOR ANY ISSUE RELATING TO THE SUITABILITY OF
THE MACHINE AND ITS CONTROL SYSTEM TO BE RADIO REMOTE
CONTROLLED.
SIMILARLY, AUTEC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR AND SHALL NOT BE HELD
LIABLE FOR THE RISK ASSESSMENT THAT MUST BE CARRIED OUT WHEN
CONSIDERING A RADIO REMOTE CONTROL GENERALLY OR THIS AUTEC
RADIO REMOTE CONTROL SPECIFICALLY, OR THE SUITABILITY OF
OPERATING A MACHINE BY A RADIO REMOTE CONTROL GENERALLY OR
THIS AUTEC RADIO REMOTE CONTROL SPECIFICALLY, WHETHER WITH
REGARD TO THE MACHINE, THE FACILITY IN WHICH THE MACHINE IS TO
BE USED OR IS USED, OR THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND/OR WORKING
CONDITIONS IN WHICH THE MACHINE WILL BE OR IS USED.
Without limitation on the foregoing, Autec is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for:
- In󰘵allation that is faulty or in any way not in conformity with this Manual and any other
in󰘵ructions provided by Autec, and with all applicable Laws, Regulations and Standards, even

- In󰘵allation on Machines, appliances, devices, equipment and/or Machinery sy󰘵ems on which
the use of a Radio Remote Control is not allowed by its Manufacturer or under applicable Laws,

removed and/or reduced, in conformity with applicable Laws, Regulations and Standards,
