If you need technical services and/or spare parts, please refer to contacts provided in the website

When applying for technical service to Autec, its diributors, dealers and authorized service
centres, the Radio Remote Control's serial number is required; you can find it on the identification
plate on the Transmitting Unit and/or on the Receiving Unit.
