Front blanking plate, 3RU high x 1 slot wide, to
be used with SIG7901 and SIG7902 to cover
empty bays.

Descrambles 6 channels simultaneously. Embedded 32-bit
CPU (ARM7TDMI). Supports common descrambling algorithm.
