Dock’s battery is not installed
The adaptor charging is unstable
once connected.
Solution:
- check the battery if properly installed in the battery case.;
- Reinstall battery and clean metal terminals of batteryholder.
Cause: Loosed connection between DC cable and dock.
Solution:
-Check the connection and the cables if properly installed.
The dock phone can’t be placed
steady.
Cause: It may be caused by the unsteady silicone foot pad on the back of
dock phone.
Solution:
-Please check if the silicone foot pad on the back of dock phone is properly installed.
The speaker box of dock phone
can’t work.
Cause: Adaptor is not connected properly.
Solution:
- Check the adaptor connection;
- Check the power key function.
SIM card no signal
Caused: SIM card was installed improperly.
Solution:Power o tablet rstly and re-install SIM card properly.
