The tablet Bluetooth can’t be
paired with other devices.
The touch panel of tablet is
non-response when you are
touching it.
The tablet can’t be turned on
Reason: The Bluetooth of tablet didn’t open or its setting is wrong.
Solution:
- Please check if Bluetooth of tablet is opened or not;
- Please check Bluetooth’s setting;
- Please restart tablet and open Bluetooth again.
Reason: The tablet is may on standby.
Solution:
- Please press power key to let tablet return to normal mode;
- Please restart tablet
Reason: It may be caused by the low battery of tablet or the power key has
been damaged.
Solution:
- Please check if power key has been damaged or not;
- Please recharge tablet with adaptor rstly. And press power key once “in
recharge” remark is showing on tablet.
Telpad can’t make calls
Reason: It may be caused by the poor contact of coiled phone cable.
Solution:
- Please check if the coiled phone cable has been well connected with dock
phone handset and dock phone;
- Please change good coiled phone cable or dock phone handset.
Telpad can’t answer incoming calls
Reason: It may be caused by the poor contact of phone line cable.
Solution:
Please check if phone line cable has been connected well or change another
good one.
