Basal body temperature (BBT) is our lowest temperature during rest, which is usually during the time we're sleeping.
This is the reason why BBT should be taken before getting out of bed for accurate fertility charting. Ovulation causes one
half to one-degree rise in BBT, so monitoring BBT helps provide information on the best time for conception.

The forecast accuracy depends on a number of factors including how regular one’s cycle length is, how many periods have
been measured with the app. Anxiety, stress, age and other factors can also aect one’s cycle from month to month.
