Cause Search Solution
Nothing works
No mains power supply. Check if the current is
switched on at the mains
power supply, or whether
another appliance has
caused a short circuit.
Throw earth leakage
circuit breaker if
necessary.
Nothing works
Transformer defect. Replace.
Nothing works
Short circuit in motor. Unplug motors one by
one until the system
functions again.
Replace faulty motor.
Nothing works
Unidentified malfunction. Remove the plug from
the wall socket and wait
10 seconds before
replacing and/or remove
the batteries from the
remote control for one
minute.
Nothing works
Power failure. All other domestic
electrical appliances also
fail to work.
The RF receiver has an
emergency lowering. See
chapter 4.6.
The bed fails to respond
to the RF remote control
The batteries in the
remote control are
(almost) depleted.
Replace batteries.
The bed fails to respond
to the RF remote control
The child lock is on. Press one of the buttons
of the remote control.
The red light blinks.
Press the red lock button
on the back side of the
remote control. Now the
green light blinks.
The bed fails to respond
to the RF remote control
The receiver is not able
to pick up the signal of
the handset. The signal
may fail to reach the
receiver if the handset is
at a substantial distance.
Check if the system
works by operating the
remote control directly
next to the receiver.
Check if the receiver has
been fixed properly.
Relocate the receiver or
repeat the connecting
process.
The box spring fails to
respond to the remote
control with cable
Ruptured wire in cable. Check cable at strain
relieve.
Replace.
