Getting Started
Charging
Fully charge your headphones before first use. Before charging, make sure the
headphones are turned off. To charge, simply connect one end of the USB-A to C
cable to a USB charging port and the other end to the input port on the headphones.
When the green LED indicator light turns off, your headphones are fully charged and
ready for use. Charging takes around 1 hour.

Press and hold the multi-function button for about 1.5 sec, the LED indicator
will light up white for 2 sec and an ascending tone will ring.
Press and hold the multi-function button for over 3 sec or stick the earbuds
for 30 min. The LED indicator will light up green for 2 sec and a descending
tone will ring.
Simultaneous Pairing with Two Devices
Notes
Follow the above instructions to pair the earbuds with Device A.
Once paired, turn off Bluetooth on Device A and turn off the earbuds.
Follow the above “Pairing” section to pair with Device B.
Once paired with Device B, reactivate Bluetooth on Device A and select “AUKEY
EP-B33” in the list of paired devices.
You can now make and receive calls from either of the two paired devices.

Pairing
Starting with the headphones powered off:
Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to pair with the headphones.
Press and hold the multi-function button until the LED indicator flashes green and
white alternately.
In the list of available devices, find and select “AUKEY EP-B33”.
If a code or PIN is required for pairing, enter “0000”.

To clear the pairing list, power on the headphones and then hold volume + and
volume - simultaneously for 5 sec until the LED indicator lights up green and white in
the same time. Once the pairing list is cleared, you’ll hear a tone and the
headphones will automatically enter pairing mode.
The headphones will automatically shut down after 5 min in standby mode if no
devices are paired.
If your paired device is turned off or manually disconnected, the LED indicator will
flash white twice every 5 sec and the headphones will shut down after 5 min.
Double-press the multi-function button to enter pairing mode. The LED indicator will
flash white and green alternately. If no devices are paired in 3 min, the headphones
will enter standby mode.

The maximum wireless operating range is 49ft (15m). If you exceed this range, the
headphones will disconnect from your paired device. The connection will be
re-established once you re-enter the wireless range within 5 min. The headphones
will automatically reconnect to the last-paired device. To connect with other
devices, repeat the previous “Pairing” steps.

second incoming call, press the multi-function button
once to answer the second call and put the first one
on hold; press and hold the multi-function button for
1.5 sec to answer the second call and end the first one;
or separate the magnetic earbuds to answer a call

Streaming Audio
Once paired, you can wirelessly stream audio from your device to your headphones.
Music will automatically pause when you receive an incoming phone call, and resume
once the call ends.
Making Calls
Once paired with your phone, make and answer calls via the in-line remote.
FAQ
The headphones are on but cannot connect to my device.
For the headphones and your device to establish a connection, you need to put them
both in pairing mode. Please follow the instructions in the “Pairing” section of this manual.
I’ve set up a connection with my smartphone but can’t hear any sound.
Double-check the volume level on your smartphone and the headphones. Some
smartphones require you to set up the headphones as an audio output device before
the audio can be transmitted. If you’re using a music player or other device, please
make sure it supports the A2DP stereo music profile.
The sound isn’t very clear or the caller can’t hear my voice clearly.
Adjust the volume on your smartphone and the headphones. Try getting closer to your
smartphone to rule out the possibility of interference or wireless range-related issues.
What is the wireless range of the headphones?
The maximum range is 49ft (15m). However, the actual range will depend on
environmental factors. For optimal performance, keep your devices connected
with the headphones within a 15ft–40ft range and make sure that there are no
major obstacles (like reinforced steel walls) between the headphones and your
devices.
My headphones won’t turn on.

Laden

Pairing
Der Kopfhörer ist ausgeschaltet:

LED-Anzeige blinkt abwechselnd 3 Minuten lang weiß und grün. Wird kein Gerät

Die maximale kabellose Reichweite liegt bei 15 m. Außerhalb dieser Reichweite wird
die Verbindung zwischen dem Kopfhörer und dem gekoppelten Gerät getrennt.
Die Verbindung wird wiederhergestellt, wenn Sie sich innerhalb von 5 Minuten
wieder innerhalb der kabellosen Reichweite befinden. Der Kopfhörer verbindet sich

Die Ohrhörer sind an, aber nicht mit meinem Gerät verbunden
Damit zwischen den Ohrhörern und Ihrem Gerät eine Verbindung hergestellt werden

Charge
Chargez complètement vos écouteurs avant la première utilisation. Avant de charger les
écouteurs, assurez-vous qu’ils sont éteints. Pour les charger, il suffit de connecter une

Appariement
En commençant avec les écouteurs éteints:

Pour effacer la liste d’appariement, allumez les écouteurs et maintenez enfoncé
simultanément, pendant 5 secondes, le volume + et le volume - jusqu'à ce que le
voyant LED s'allume blanc et vert en même temps. Une fois la liste d'appariement
effacée, vous entendrez une tonalité et les écouteurs passeront automatiquement
en mode appariement.
Les écouteurs s’éteignent automatiquement après 5 minutes en mode veille si
aucun appareil n'est appairé.
Si votre appareil appairé est éteint ou débranché manuellement, le voyant LED
clignote en blanc deux fois toutes les 5 secondes et les écouteurs s’éteignent au
bout de 5 minutes.

Appuyez deux fois sur le bouton multifonction pour passer en mode appariement.
L'indicateur LED clignotera alternativement blanc et vert pendant 3 minutes. Si
aucun appareil n'est couplé, les écouteurs repasseront en mode veille.
La portée maximale de fonctionnement sans fil est de 15m. Si vous dépassez cette
portée, les écouteurs se déconnecteront de votre appareil couplé. La connexion
sera rétablie une fois que vous entrerez à nouveau dans la portée sans fil dans un
délai de 5 minutes. Les écouteurs se reconnecteront automatiquement au dernier
appareil couplé. Pour vous connecter avec d'autres appareils, répétez les étapes
précédentes de la section «Appariement».
Appuyez une fois sur le bouton multifonction. Si un
deuxième appel entrant est en cours, appuyez une fois
sur la touche multifonction pour répondre au deuxième
appel et mettre en attente le premier; ou appuyez sur la
touche multifonction et maintenez-la enfoncée
pendant 1,5 seconde pour répondre au deuxième
appel et pour raccrocher au premier ; ou séparer les
écouteurs magnétiques pour répondre à un appel.
Lorsque votre appareil est connecté, appuyez et
maintenez le bouton multifonction enfoncé pendant 1.5
seconde afin d'activer l'assistant vocal, puis appuyez de
nouveau sur le bouton multifonction pour le désactiver.

Les écouteurs sont allumés mais ne se connectent pas à mon appareil.
Pour que les écouteurs et votre appareil établissent une connexion, vous devez les
mettre tous les deux en mode d'appariement. Veuillez suivre les instructions de la
section "Jumelage" de ce manuel.
J’ai établi une connexion avec mon smartphone mais je n'entends aucun son.
Vérifiez deux fois le niveau de volume de votre smartphone et des écouteurs. Certains
smartphones exigent que vous configuriez les écouteurs comme périphérique de sortie
audio avant que l'audio puisse être transmis. Si vous’utilisez un lecteur de musique ou
un autre appareil, assurez-vous qu'il prend en charge le profil de musique stéréo A2DP.
Le son n'est pas très clair ou l'appelant n’entend pas clairement ma voix.
Réglez le volume de votre smartphone et des écouteurs. Essayez de vous rapprocher
de votre smartphone pour exclure la possibilité d'interférences ou de problèmes de
portée sans fil.
Quelle est la portée sans fil des écouteurs?
La portée maximale est de 15m. Cependant, la portée réelle dépendra de facteurs
environnementaux. Pour une performance optimale, gardez vos appareils connectés
aux écouteurs dans un rayon de 4,5m–12m et assurez-vous qu'il n'y a pas d'obstacles
majeurs (comme des murs d'acier renforcé) entre les écouteurs et vos appareils.

Gli auricolari sono accesi ma non si collegano al mio dispositivo
Per stabilire una connessione tra gli auricolari e il dispositivo, è necessario impostare
entrambi in modalità associazione. Si prega di seguire le istruzioni riportate nella
sezione “Associazione” del presente manuale.
Ho stabilito una connessione con lo smartphone ma non si sente alcun suono
Controllare di nuovo il livello del volume sul proprio smartphone e sugli auricolari. Alcuni
smartphone richiedono l’installazione degli auricolari come dispositivo con uscita audio
prima di trasmettere l’audio. Se si sta utilizzando un lettore musicale o un altro dispositi-
vo, assicurarsi che questo supporti il profilo A2DP per il segnale musicale in stereo.
Il suono non è molto nitido o la persona che chiama non riesce a sentire
chiaramente la mia voce
è necessario regolare il volume sia sullo smartphone che sugli auricolari. Provare ad
avvicinarsi al proprio smartphone in modo da escludere ogni possibile interferenza o
problema legato al raggio di funzionamento della modalità wireless.
Qual è la portata wireless degli auricolari?
La portata massima è di 15 m. Tuttavia, la portata effettiva dipenderà anche da fattori
ambientali. Per delle performance ottimali, mantenere il proprio dispositivo collegato
agli auricolari entro i 4,6-12 m assicurandosi che non ci siano ostacoli tra gli auricolari e
i dispositivi (come pareti in acciaio rinforzato ad esempio).

充電について
初めて使用する際は、必ずイヤホンを満充電してください。充電する前に、イヤホンは電源をオフ
することを確保します。充電するには、付属のUSB-A to CケーブルのUSB-A端子をUSB充電器に接
続して、USBC端子をイヤホンの充電ポートに接続してください。緑色LEDランプがオフになったら、
イヤホンを満充電になります。充電時間は約1時間です。

1台目の機器とペアリング完了になたっら、1台目の機器のワイヤレス機能を無効にします。本
製品の電源をオフにします。
2台目の機器に対して「ペアリング」の手順を繰り返します。
2台目の機器とのペアリング設定とも完了すると、1台目の機器のワイヤレス機能を再起動しま
す。ペアリングデバイスのリストに「AUKEYEP-B33」を選びます。

ペアリング 方 法
イヤホンの電源がオフになっているか確認してください。
LEDランプが緑色と白色交互に点滅するまで、多機能ボタンを押し続けてください。
ペアリングしたい機器のBluetooth機能をオンにしてください。
ペアリングリストから「AUKEYEP-B33」を選択して登録してくだい。
パスキーまたはPINコードが必要な場合には、「0000」と入力してください。

ペアリングリストを消去するには、電源オンの状態で、LEDランプが緑色と白色を同時に点灯す
るまで音量+/‒ボタンを約5秒ほど同時に押し続けてくだい。操作が完了になったら、提示音が
鳴ります。その 後 、自動的 にペアリングモード入ります。
スタンバイモードで5分内いずれのデバイスにも接続されていない場合には、イヤホンは自動
的に電源が切れます。
接続されたデバイスの電源がオフになった場合や手動でペアリングを解除した際には、白色
LEDランプが5秒ごとに2回点滅してから、5分後に電源が切れます。
多機能ボタンを2回押してペアリングモードに入ります。白色と緑色LEDランプが交互に3分間
点滅します。いずれのデバイスにも接続されていない場合には、イヤホンがスタンバイモード
になります。

本製品の最大動作範囲は15mです。Bluetoothの接続圏外になった場合、接続は解除されます。5
分内、再び接続圏内になった場合には最後に接続していたデバイスと自動的に再接続します。他
のデバイスと接続したい際には前述の「ペアリング」の手順をおこなってください。
1.着信が来た時、多機能ボタンを１回押して、電話に出る・終了
することができます。
2.新規着信を出た場合は、多機能ボタンを1回押すと、新規通
話を応答して、最初の電話を終了します。
3.或は、多機能ボタンを1.5秒押すと、通話を保留し、新規着信
に出ます。
4.または、イヤホンのマグネット部を分離して、電話に出ること
ができます。
通話中、音量+ボタンを1.5秒押し続けると、イヤホンとスマホ
間の通話を切り替えます。
デバイスと接続された状態で、多機能ボタンを1.5秒押すと、音
声認識ソフトを起動します。その状態で、多機能ボタンを1回押
すと、音声 認識ソフトを終了します。

お手持ちのスマートフォンやオーディオプレーヤーと本製品を接続すると、本製品より音楽をお楽
しめます。音楽再生中着信すれば、音楽が自動的に一時停止になります。通話終了後に音楽が自動
的に再生になります。

ペアリング完了になったら、イヤホン本体のボタンを押して、電話をかける/受けることができます。

イヤホンの電源が入れた状態で、ペアリングできない
お使いのデバイスとイヤホンはペアリングに入っているかどうかを確認してください。ペアリングの
手順をご参照して操作してください。
お使いのデバイスと接続したが、イヤホンから音が聞こえない
本製品及びスマホの音量レベルを再度ご確認ください。一部のスマートフォンでは、音声を送信す
る前にイヤホンを音声出力デバイスとして設定する必要があります。音楽プレーヤーなどのデバイ
スを使用している場合は、デバイスのプロファイルがA2DPに対応していることをご確認ください。
イヤホンから音がはっきり聞こえない/通話相手がこちらからの音声をはっきり聞き取れない
お使いのスマホから音量を調節してください。携帯電話の電波状況をチェックします。近くに他の無
線機器がないか確認してください。
イヤホンの動作範囲はどれぐらいですか
最大通信距離は49ft（15 m）ですが、実際の通信距離は使用環境によって変化する可能性があります。
よりよいパフォーマンスのため、デバイスとイヤホンの距離範囲は15ft‒40ftを保持してください。デバ
イスとイヤホンの間で障害物（例えば鉄筋コンクリート壁）がないことを確認してください。
何をしても本製品は反応がない
バッテリーの残量を確認をしてください。バッテリーを確認した上で無反応の場合、カスタマーセン
ターに連絡してください、保証を提供致します。
