Won't turn on.
Can’t find the EP800.
Can’t install the driver for
EP800 on a computer.
The sound quality is intermittent
inBluetooth mode.
No sound.
Not charging
Please charge the EP800.
Confirm the EP800 is in pairing
status and within 10 meters from
the device.
Update the driver of the Bluetooth
module on your computer.
Disable the Wi-Fi on your source
device.
Check the volume on the source
device.
Ensure that the output voltage of
the USB port or charger is 5V.
Use a different 5V USB charging
port.
