ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

VERY IMPORTANT：

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY. MAKE SURE YOU PROPERLY ALIGN POLES BEFORE

SCREWING THEM TOGETHER TO AVOID DAMAGING CONNECTION THREADS. NOT

ADHERING TO THIS PROCEDURE MAY VOID YOUR WARRANTY.

Carefully unpack this lamp and place it on a flat surface.

1. Carefully unpack and place all lamp parts on a flat surface.

2. Screw Lower Pole (B) onto Base (A), and then screw Center Pole(C) onto Lower Pole (B).

3. Screw Upper Pole (D) onto Center Pole (C) then straighten the cord from Base (A).

4. Put the Bigger Glass Shade (E) onto the lamp socket and secure with Socket Ring (F) until tight.

5. Attach Smaller Glass shade (I) onto Lamp Holder (H), secure with Socket Ring (J) until tight.

6. Install Bulb (G) & (K) into the sockets then insert the polarized plug into a wall outlet and enjoy.

7. Use only a soft dry cloth to clean. Never use chemical or abrasive cleaners.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk of

electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse

the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be

fully and easily inserted. Do not alter the plug.

Use 1pc 32W & 1pc 13W CFL Bulb or 1pc 150W & 1pc 60W (Maximum) incandescent A Type bulb.
