Using the Configuration Manager
Configuration Manager
Switching Between Standard and Expert Views
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the portal page.
2. Click .
A list field is displayed.
3. Select a topic in the list field.
4. Click .
The topic is placed on the portal page as a window.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to place additional windows on the portal page.
Note:
The windows can be moved in sequence on the portal page.
A window can be deleted from the portal page. To do this, click in the
upper right corner of the window.
Click to immediately end configuring the portal page. When this is done,
the last settings configured, but not yet saved are not saved.
Further steps:
– Save your settings before you leave the page.
Switching Between Standard and Expert Views
For the configuration manager, there are two different views:
• Standard view: Enables a basic functional configuration on the PBX.
Note: In the standard view, a button with is available for switching to the
expert view.
• Expert view: Adds topics to the standard view that should only be configured by those with
the corresponding knowledge.

The additional topics are highlighted via a shading ( ).
