–U

adapter
Note:
For connecting one single COMfortel 1100/1500/2500/2500 AB system
telephone, a U
P0
/S
0
adapter is not necessary.
You do not need an ISDN wall socket if you use a U
P0
/S
0
adapter. The U
P0
/
S
0
adapter can be mounted on the wall or it can be connected to the PBX
via the two screw terminals on the back.
Warning: Power surges, which can occur during electrical storms, can
cause life-threatening electric shocks or damage/destroy the PBX.
Lay all the cables inside the building.
Caution: Terminals integrated in the wall sockets are destroyed and can
damage the device.
In comparison with the S
0
port, do not equip a line end at the U
P0
port
with terminals. These are already integrated in the end devices
(COMfortel 1100/1500/2500/2500 AB or U
P0
/S
0
adapter).
Remove terminals which have already been integrated in the wall sockets
for the usage at the U
P0
port.
