Ejecting a Storage Medium
Powering the PBX Down
Ejecting a Storage Medium
To remove a storage medium (SD card or USB memory stick) from the PBX without losing any
data, it must be ejected.
Ejection can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot, USB memory stick or USB hard drive inserted in the
USB port
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the page SERVICE > Memory > Storage medium.
2. Click Eject under Voice mail/fax boxes or under Network memory.
3. Click Next.
4. Remove the corresponding storage medium from the PBX.
Note: The data on the inserted storage medium is listed on the page
SERVICE > Memory > Storage medium, including information about the
total disk space and the remaining capacity.
