Switching the CCNR Option for External Callers On/Off

1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > External numbers.
2. In the list field at the top, select the ISDN connection in question.
A page opens for configuring the ISDN connection.
3. Open the page ISDN connection > Name and functions.
4. Select or clear the CCBS check box.
Important: If the function is enabled although the network provider does not
support the function (the service attribute has not been enabled), it is possible
that a caller may be offered the callback option. However, the caller's
response is not forwarded to the PBX and the function is not executed.

Switching the CCNR Option for External Callers On/Off
If the CCNR option for external callers is enabled, the PBX allows an external caller to request
a callback if the call is not picked up.
Note: If the function is enabled, the caller's telephone is signaled when an
action has taken place on the subscriber previously dialled.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
