Configuring the Maximum Duration of Transferred Calls (External to External)
The maximum duration of transferred calls (external to external) indicates how many minutes
a connected call between two external subscribers may last at most.
The configuration can be made as follows:
Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization

1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Transfer.
2. Enter a value in the Maximum call duration entry field under Transfer two external
subscribers. The following entries are possible:

Switching the CCBS Option for External Callers On/Off
If the CCBS option for external callers is enabled, the PBX allows an external caller to request
a callback if the connection dialled is busy.
Note: If the function has been initiated, the caller's telephone is signaled
when a line that was previously busy becomes available.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:

Service feature CCBS (callback on busy) is enabled by the network provider.
1 to 99: The PBX ends the transferred call after 1 to 99 minutes.
