Transferring Telephone Numbers from the PBX Telephone Book into the
Telephone Book on a DECT System Telephone
The telephone numbers with their corresponding names entered in the telephone book can be
transmitted into a COMfortel DECT mobile handset.
The transmission can be carried out as follows:
Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
Expert view (click )
Entries in the telephone book
1. Open the page USER DATA > Telephone book.
2. Select or clear the DECT check boxes for the telephone book entries in question for
the internal telephone numbers assigned to the mobile handset.
Further steps:
Save your settings before you leave the page.
Note: The PBX begins to distribute the data to the mobile handsets in
question. If a mobile handset is currently not ready for the data transfer
(disabled, out of range or busy with a call), the PBX makes an attempt with
the next mobile handset after a few minutes until all of the data is distributed.
During the data transfer (duration: up to two minutes), the mobile handset is
not available and "Copying from PBX" is shown on the display.
Copying a Telephone Book Selection into Other Mobile Handsets
The telephone numbers selected for a DECT system telephone in the telephone book can be
copied into other mobile handsets.
Copying can be carried out as follows:
Via the configuration manager
Enables transmission.
Disables transmission.
