Configuring and Managing the PBX
VoIP
VoIP Account
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > Voice over IP (VoIP) > VoIP provider.
2. Select the check box in front of the entry to be deleted.
3. Click under Selected rows.
4. Click Next.
VoIP Account
To receive the necessary access data required for VoIP calls, accounts must first be configured
up with one or more VoIP providers. For this purpose, you need to register your name and
address with a provider via their web site. Finally, one or more telephone numbers accessible
from the public switched network and the Internet as well as an account with a user name and
password are allocated. Most of the time, it only takes a few minutes to configure the registered
connection which can then be used almost immediately.
Creating a VoIP Account
You can create up to ten accounts in the PBX.
Creation can be carried out as follows:
Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
External VoIP channel (COMpact 3000 VoIP or VoIP channels purchased and activated in
the Upgrade Center)
Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
Configured prefixes (country prefix and local area code)
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > External numbers.
2. In the list field at the top, select the VoIP connection in question.
A page opens for configuring the VoIP connection.
Deletes the entry in question.
Does not delete the entry in question.
