possible:

Sequence of an External Call via VoIP
An outgoing external call via VoIP is made as follows:
• An internal subscriber dials an external telephone number.
• The PBX checks whether the provider area code has been entered in the list of exception
telephone numbers (VoIP/GSM routing). If the telephone number is in the table, the access
configured there is used (if the telephone number has been enabled for the currently valid
configuration).
Note: The special numbers provided by the VoIP provider for checking one's
account status or dialling usually do not include a local prefix. This means
that routing via exception telephone numbers (VoIP/GSM routing) is not
possible. In order to correctly dial these telephone numbers, use the targeted
VoIP access point.
• If the telephone number is not on the list of exception telephone numbers (VoIP/GSM
routing) or it is not enabled for the currently valid configuration, a check is made whether a
preferred exchange line has been configured.
• Only for the COMpact 3000 ISDN or COMpact 3000 analog: If no preferred exchange line
has been configured or the preferred exchange line is a land line connection, the telephone
number is checked based on the LCR networks (if LCR is configured and activated) and
then dialled on a land line connection.
Note: For all DSL connections that are not made over a dedicated line, the
VoIP provider resets the DSL line at least once within 24 hours. This termi-
nates calls currently in progress.
Left: The number of external VoIP channels is increased; at the same time, the
number of internal channels is reduced accordingly.
Right: The number of internal VoIP channels is increased; at the same time,
the number of external channels is reduced accordingly.
