Wake-up Functions
Creating Switching Times for Switching the Wake-up Announcement
Deleting a Wake-up Announcement (Restoring Default Wake-up Announcement) via an
Internal Telephone
If a recorded wake-up announcement is deleted, the default wake-up announcement is
automatically enabled.
Requirements:
– Authorization Controlling of the PBX via telephone assigned to the subscriber
– A configured sub-admin PIN
1. Pick up the receiver.
2. Dial ##8.
3. Enter the sub-admin PIN.
4. Dial one of the following character strings:
Creating Switching Times for Switching the Wake-up Announcement
To switch wake-up announcements on and off depending on the time of day, different switching
times can be created.
The creation can be carried out as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Configurations > Create switching times.
2. Select the desired day in the Day list field.
*5521#: Deletes wake-up announcement number one.
*5522#: Deletes wake-up announcement number two.
*5523#: Deletes wake-up announcement number three.
