Switching the Recording of Wake-up Calls in the Call Data Base On/Off
3. Select one of the following options in the Between all following wake-up calls list
field under Pause between wake-up calls.

Switching the Recording of Wake-up Calls in the Call Data Base On/Off
If the recording wake-up calls in the call data base is enabled, wake-up calls are entered in the
call data.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Wake-up functions > Settings.
2. Select or clear the Record Wake-up calls in the call data base check box.

Recording, Saving and Listening to Wake-up Announcements
When accepting a wake-up call, different wake-up announcements can be played back
depending on the time of day. Up to three wake-up announcements can be configured for this.
Recording and listening to can be carried out as follows:
• Using a character string on the internal telephone
1 to 15: There is a pause of 1 to 15 minutes between the second and the
following wake-up calls.
Enables the recording of wake-up calls in the call data base.
Disables the recording of wake-up calls in the call data base.
