Configuring and Operating Functions
Time and Call Allowance Account
Configuring Credit for a Call Allowance Account
If the remaining amount is used up during a call, the subscriber hears a short attention tone
repeatedly. Afterwards, the call is disconnected.
Note: An overview of the credits for time and call allowance accounts can be
configured as an element on the portal page (Account balance).
The configuration can be made as follows:
Separately for subscribers
Via the configuration manager
Using a character string on the internal telephone
Note:
Some telephone service providers do not transmit charges. If this type of
provider is used (by manual selection) for making calls, a configured call
allowance account will not apply to the call in question. To avoid this, the
provider telephone numbers in question should be entered as restricted
numbers and this function should be activated for every telephone.
If the LCR procedure Soft-LCR 4.0 is used, the charges are calculated
based on the length of the call and the tariff table set up separately. For this
purpose, you need to specify a price per minute as well as the length of the
metering pulse per switching time and provider.
