Switching Music on Hold in the Call Phase On/Off

Switching Music on Hold in the Call Phase On/Off
If music on hold is enabled in the call phase, the caller who is forwarded via transfer without
announcement hears music on hold instead of the call tone in the call phase.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Music on hold/announcement > Settings.
2. Select or clear the Transfer without announcement in the call phase check box
under Music on hold.
Further steps:
– Save your settings before you leave the page.
0 to 60: The music on hold is repeated at time intervals of 0 to 60 seconds.
Enables music on hold in the call phase.
Disables music on hold in the call phase.
