InterCom Announcement/Handsfree
Switching InterCom Permission On/Off
3. Enter the internal phone number of the system telephone. The following entries are
possible:
The system telephone automatically takes the call after a single ring.
Switching InterCom Permission On/Off
If InterCom permission is enabled, InterCom announcement or InterCom handsfree is enabled
on the InterCom destination in question.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Via the configuration manager
• On the system telephone COMfortel 1100/1500/2500/2500 AB/VoIP 2500 AB using the
menu/function key (see the telephone manual)

– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– System telephone COMfortel 1100/1500/2500/2500 AB/VoIP 2500 AB

1. Open the page PROPERTIES > Internal subscribers > Subscriber properties >
Authorizations.
2. In the list field at the top, select the subscriber in question by his name or number.
3. Select or clear the InterCom (announcement/handsfree speaking) check box.
Further steps:
– Save your settings before you leave the page.

##012: Initiates InterCom handsfree.
