Switching the Callback Option On/Off

Switching the Callback Option On/Off
If the callback option is enabled, the requesting subscriber can trigger a callback after initiating
an external call.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– System telephone COMfortel 1100/1500/2500/2500 AB/VoIP 2500 AB
– Internal S

port (only available on the optional COMpact S

module or COMpact ISDN
module) or internal VoIP channels (COMpact 3000 VoIP or acquired in the Upgrade Center

– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– Expert view (click )
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Transfer.
2. Select or clear the Callback option check box under Exchange line transfer.
