Configuring the Exchange Line Settings for Exchange Line Access to be Transferred
4. Configure the following settings that apply to all of the telephones:
Configuring the Exchange Line Settings for Exchange Line Access to be Trans-
ferred
You can configure which exchange line settings (e.g., exchange line authorization, call
restrictor (outgoing), call deblocker (outgoing)) should apply to the telephone after the transfer.
When this is done, either special exchange line settings can be configured or you can fall back
on the exchange line settings of the line to be transferred.
The configuration can be made as follows:
Via the configuration manager

module) or internal VoIP channels (COMpact 3000 VoIP or VoIP channels acquired in the

Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization

1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Transfer.
2. Select on of the following options in the Exchange line settings for the manually
switched exchange line access list field under Exchange line transfer.
3. Configure the exchange line settings you want.
Note: Enabling/disabling or selecting an option for Configure special
exchange line settings can be carried out as described in the help topics
The exchange line settings for the exchange line access to be transferred
Callback option
Subscribers for the charge burden
Time limit for initiating an external call
Configure special exchange line settings: Special exchange line settings
are configured for the telephone.
Exchange line authorization of the switching subscriber: After the transfer,
the telephone takes on the transferred exchange line settings after the transfer
has been made. (No other action is required.)
