Configuration Switchover

Creating Configurations

A maximum of eight configurations can be created.

The creation can be carried out as follows:

• Via the configuration manager

Requirements:

– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization

– Expert view (click )

1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Configurations > Create configurations.

2. Enter the name of the configuration in the Configuration name entry field. The

following entries are possible:

3. In the Identification number entry field, enter the identification number for the confi-

guration. The following entries are possible:

Note:

An overview of all previously assigned ID numbers can be opened in the

configuration manager by selecting Identification numbering plan in the

list field and then clicking . To close the overview, click Close.

The overview can be printed by clicking Print.

4. Click the Color check box and select the color you want for the configuration.

– Save your settings before you leave the page.

Copying Configurations

Configuration settings can be taken from one configuration and used in other selected configu-

rations.

Copying can be carried out as follows:

• Via the configuration manager

Up to 16 digits

Digits and characters

2 to 4 digits
