Call Forwarding
Configuring the Delay Time for Call Forwarding for External Numbers on No Reply
Requirements:

port (only COMpact 3000 ISDN or COMpact ISDN module available as an
option), external VoIP channel and created VoIP account
Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
Expert view (click )
1. Open the page CONFIGURATION > External numbers.
2. In the list field at the top, select the ISDN connection in question.
A page opens for configuring the ISDN connection.
3. Open the page ISDN connection > Name and functions.
4. Select or clear the Use any available call channel check box.

Configuring the Delay Time for Call Forwarding for External Numbers on No
Reply
The delay time for call forwarding on no reply for external numbers indicates after how many
seconds a call is forwarded if the subscriber called does not respond.
The delay time applies only to call forwarding that has been configured via the PBX. For a confi-
gured call forwarding configured at the network provider, the delay time is permanently set to
20 seconds.
The configuration can be made as follows:
