Switching the Use of Any Available Call Channels On/Off
For call forwarding your own external telephone number via the PBX (setting Feature via PBX
(2nd call channel)), the B-channel belonging to the port is used by default in addition to the B-
channel assigned by the outgoing call. Since the probability of call forwarding not being carried
out due to a busy B-channel is then higher, any B-channel can be enabled.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
Via the configuration manager
Network provider: Enables the use of the feature via the network provider.
PBX (2nd call channel): Enables the use of the feature via the PBX.
