Call Forwarding
Switching Authorization for Configuring Features on the Exchange Line On/Off
1. Pick up the receiver.
2. Dial ##96.
3. Enter the telephone number to be rerouted. The following entries are possible:
Note:
Telephone numbers to be rerouted are telephone numbers dialled by
external callers (prefix + PBX base number + DDI or prefix + MSN).
If the PBX only has one external connection and one telephone number has
been selected for number presentation, you can simplify call forwarding
configuration. If you configure call forwarding for external numbers for this
telephone number on the telephone in question, the entire character string
can be dialled without having to manually enter the telephone number to be
forwarded, that means e.g. ##96#*61#.

Switching Authorization for Configuring Features on the Exchange Line On/Off
If the authorization for configuring features on the exchange line is enabled, the subscriber in
question can configure call forwarding for external numbers using his own internal telephone.
He can continue to use keypad functions on the exchange line to configure features provided
by the network provider.
External phone numbers (independent of the configuration of the direct
exchange access)
#*61#: Enables call forwarding on no reply for external numbers with an
existing destination number. (No other action is required.)
##61#: Disables call forwarding on no reply for external numbers. (No other
action is required.)
#*61*: Enables call forwarding on no reply for external numbers.
External phone number (If you do not use a direct exchange line access, dial
the exchange line access number before dialling the telephone number.)
** and short code number (If you do not use a direct exchange line access,
omit the **.)
