3. Enter the telephone number to be rerouted. The following entries are possible:
Note:
Telephone numbers to be rerouted are telephone numbers dialled by
external callers (prefix + PBX base number + DDI or prefix + MSN).
#*21#: Enables call forwarding unconditional for external numbers with an
existing destination number. (No other action is required.)
##21#: Disables call forwarding unconditional for external numbers. (No other
action is required.)
#*21*: Enables call forwarding unconditional for external numbers.
External phone number (If you do not use a direct exchange line access, dial
the exchange line access number before dialling the telephone number.)
** and short code number (If you do not use a direct exchange line access,
omit the **.)
External phone numbers (independent of the configuration of the direct
exchange access)
