Managing Voice Mailboxes and Fax Boxes
Voice Mailbox
Switching the Info Call On/Off
Requirements:
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
1. Open the page FUNCTIONS > Voice mail/fax boxes > Boxes.
2. Click in the line of the corresponding voice mailbox.
3. If necessary, change the PIN for remote access in the PIN for remote access. The
following entries are possible:

Switching the Info Call On/Off
If info calls are enabled, the arrival of a new voice message is signalled by a call of the voice
mailbox to the telephone of the corresponding subscriber immediately after the recording has
ended. When this is done, the telephone number or name of the voice mailbox is shown on the
telephone display.
Switching this on/off can be done as follows:
• Separately for subscribers
• Via the configuration manager
Requirements:
– An SD card inserted in the SD card slot or a USB memory stick inserted in the USB port
– Configuration manager, opened with sufficient authorization
– System telephone, ISDN telephone or CLIP-enabled analog telephone
